When you get a refund, how fast, and how to request it.
If Kavvl does not do what we promise, we refund. Within 14 days of your first payment and without using paid features, you get a full refund. After that: no refund for periods already started, but you can cancel at any time so nothing is charged again.
Within 14 days of the first payment without using paid features. If an outage lasted more than 48 consecutive hours and you could not use the service. On a duplicate charge or a technical error on our side. If we terminate your subscription while you did not breach the terms.
If you did use paid features within those 14 days (AI analyses, LOIs, alerts beyond the free limit), we settle the used part and refund the rest. If we terminate an annual plan, we refund the remaining full months.
For a month or year that has already passed and was fully available to you. If you forget to cancel (you can cancel yourself under Manage subscription, where the renewal date is clearly shown). On breach of the terms, such as scraping or reselling data. On dissatisfaction with deal outcomes: Kavvl provides analysis and signals, not a guarantee of deals.

The 7-day trial on Pro is free; cancel within that period and nothing is charged, so no refund is needed. You cancel yourself in the app under Manage subscription and keep access until the end of the paid period.
