Your 14-day cooling-off period, how to withdraw and when you get a refund.
If you are a consumer in the EU buying a subscription at a distance, you have 14 days to withdraw from the day you place your order, without giving a reason. If you buy as a business (in a company name or with a VAT number), this statutory right does not apply, but you can still cancel at any time.
Kavvl is a digital service that is available immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. If you used the service during those 14 days, we may withhold an amount proportionate to what you already received.
We keep it simple and fair: tell us within 14 days that you want to cancel and, if you did not use any paid feature in that period (no AI analyses, LOIs or alerts beyond the free limit), we refund the full amount. If you did use paid features, we settle the used part pro rata.
If you start the 7-day trial on Pro, you pay nothing yet. Cancel within the trial and no charge is made, so no withdrawal is needed.
Email support@kavvl.com within 14 days with your name, the email address of your account and the date of your order. You may also use the model form below. You receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used (through Stripe). You pay no costs for the refund itself.
